The Sundowners launched our second street library last weekend - this one in Tea Gardens in Gungahlin. It was the culmination of a great deal of effort by a number of people, including our resident artist extraordinaire - Ash, who created a marvellous forest landscape on all sides of the library. It was great to have a number of members, joined by Peter and Ralitsa from the Gungahlin Community Council come together for the launch.
We are also very grateful for the support of local resident Susan, for assisting in the oversight of the library.
We look forward to supporting local residents - kids and adults - in the reading journeys.
