The Canberra Sundowners have started the new Rotary year with a range of fun activities and service events. These have included two Bunnings BBQs in July, and a suite of service activities in August:
- supporting the running of the Canberra Careers Expo,
- supporting the Rotary Club of Canberra Sunrise in their running of the Model United Nations Assembly, a great UN Assembly-style debate for Year 10-12 students, and
- another outdoor painting bee in community areas and fencing supporting Vinnies Community Inclusion program at Oaks Estate.
