On Wednesday night it was incredible to see more than 130 people come together for our Trivia Night fundraiser, with 13 teams battling it out in a room full of laughter, friendly rivalry and, most importantly, community spirit.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of everyone who attended, supported and donated, we raised more than $5,000.
These funds will go directly towards hands on community service projects, from providing birthing kits to women in low resource communities around the world, to supporting vulnerable Canberrans access essential items, assisting those sleeping rough and helping fund life saving equipment like the AEDs we have funded at Braddon and Narrabundah.
This generosity and support allows us to keep doing what matters most – lifting people up, creating opportunities to thrive and helping ensure Canberra remains a great place to live, work and raise a family.
Special congratulations goes to ‘The Ratmob’ who claimed first place, with 'Not the 52nd State' finishing a very close second!
