Our Youth Projects

Some of Our Local Service Projects

Investment in our young people is a foundation of a wide suite of Rotary programs and projects. 

The primary youth programs and projects we are involved in or have been involved in are:

  • The annual Model United Nations Assembly, weekend long UN style debate between Year 10-12 students from schools from across the nation,
  • The Youth Exchange Program (YEP), where we have sponsored students for a year long international exchange,
  • The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts for 18-25 year olds to develop skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.
  • The National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) providing Year 12 students with a passion for science time away delving into a range of STEM subjects with like minded students.
