At our 15 April meeting we heard from Penelope and Adelle about their respective experiences with the Rotary District 9705 Youth Exchange Program and Scouts Australia.
Penelope spoke about her once-in-a-lifetime adventure as an exchange student in France. She explained how the year-long exchange has helped her grow and better understand other cultures.
Adelle shared her experience of attending the recent Scouts’ Australian Jamboree where she faced new challenges, built her leadership skills and formed new friendships.
