There was plenty of inspiration and intrigue at our meeting this week with Karen Schilling and Anthony Kirk sharing their incredible experience from the Spring 2022 Shitbox Car Rally, where they entered as The TK Express.
After buying an $850 Mitsubishi, they drove 3,342 kilometres from Mackay to Darwin through some of Australia’s most remote country. Along the way they tackled mechanical challenges, tough conditions and long days, all while raising over $20,000 for the Cancer Council.
