The Sundowners kicked off the new Rotary year with two planning sessions.  The first addressed club meetings, membership, venue and a number of other matters  Chair Sam Saunders led members through a fruitful discussion on what has worked well to date and areas that we can tweak to improve going forward.

There were plenty of ideas put forward and a number of decisions made, including facilitating virtual attendance at meetings going forward (probably using Microsoft Teams) and initiating a review of venue alternatives for our meetings.

The second planning session was focussed on community service options, ably led by Community Services Director Kate.  So many great ideas were put on the table and we will now be working through these to ensure a real community impact over the year ahead.

It looks like a very exciting year ahead.
