We began 2025 as we ended 2024 - offering a helping hand to those most in need.
Members spent the evening of Wednesday, 22 January 2025, manning the Vinnies Canberra/Goulburn Night Patrol van. Stopping at Queanbeyan and Civic, members engaged with companions who may be sleeping rough or in need of some support.
Companions were provided some meals, offered clothing and shared meaningful conversations.
We’re rostered on one shift a month where we support those doing it tough. It’s certainly a worthwhile way to spend our Wednesday night.
