We had some great fun staffing the Australian Parliament House checkpoint for the Aussie Peace Walk Mingle, stamping passports for walkers taking on the 12km, 21km and 42km routes.

Around 500 walkers passed through our checkpoint, with participants travelling from interstate and overseas, including the United Kingdom, United States, Russia, Germany, Mongolia, Belgium, Japan and Thailand. Such a diverse and committed group come together in the spirit of peace and connection!

Along the way, we also helped guide walkers as they made their way through the House of Representatives and Senate gardens, before continuing on to the Canberra Rotary Peace Bell checkpoint.

We hoped all the walkers enjoyed this very Canberra experience!
