At our 3 September meeting we discussed some recent achievements and updates, as well as an exciting range of upcoming opportunities to volunteer with (or support) our club.
They include:
- The Off the Grid challenge on 7-8 September, a sleep-out raising money for ShelterBox Australia. You can make a donation to this very worthy cause here: offthegrid.raiselysite.com/donate
- The Owl’s Rugby BBQ on Sunday 15 September, supporting Canberra community sport (and our club).
- Our next Bunnings Fyshwick fundraising BBQ on Saturday 21 September.
- Volunteering at the Floriade gnome painting on Saturday 5 October, a fun way to be involved in Australia's biggest celebration of spring while helping bring joy to the young and young at heart.
